Please read our TERMS & CONDITIONS for reservations with Fire Island Limo, Limo Bus Long Island, Metro Limousine Service aka LI Vineyard Tours® All Vineyard Tour customers will receive a contract based on a date you have reserved. If you cannot print the contract you may complete our Terms & Conditions agreement here online.

ALL VERBAL CONTRACTS MUST BE GUARANTEED BY A CREDIT CARD, EVEN IF THE TOTAL IS BEING PAID BY CHECK OR CASH

All verbal conversations for reservations are considered a contract between the two parties; Fire Island Limo, Limo Bus Long Island, Metro Limousine Service aka LI Vineyard Tours® & you the customer. If you have chosen to select and hold a date for a Long Island Vineyard Tour, please read our Terms & Conditions Agreement and sign below.

Fire Island Limo, Metro Limousine Service aka LI Vineyard Tours® is solely a luxury transportation & wine tour service company providing for-hire licensed & insured vehicles for ground transportation, but not limited to ours. We are not responsible for missing, lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings including malfunctions, break downs or significant traffic. All vehicles are prearranged based on the amount of passengers specified and may be changed without prior notice provided that seating accommodations are met. In addition, in the event of missing or additional passengers at pick up the total amount specified both verbal and contractual to be collected must be made in full unless otherwise discussed with the office.

I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING AFOREMENTIONED TERMS:

If you can not print our contract, we must receive this terms & condition agreement/contract before a vehicle and date is considered reserved.
There is a 30% cancellation fee that must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the schedule pick up time & date to avoid total balance due. Should the contract be canceled less then 14 days to the scheduled remaining days, the entire balance will be applied to the credit card provided at reservation. Additionally, these cancelation fees also apply for not cancelling the date and time properly.
If you want to pay the balance due by check or credit card, it must be received no later than (2) two weeks prior to scheduled pick up date otherwise, the entire balance must be paid in cash to the driver upon arrival.
Any additional hours over the amount of time (anytime over 12 Minutes is considered an hour overtime) specified on this Contract will automatically be charged to the credit card provided to us at reservation unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Gratuity to your driver/chauffeur is at your own personal discretion between 15% to 20% at the end of your vineyard tour in cash and is not included in the total balance agreement.
There is a $350.00 minimum cleaning/vomiting charge if caused by myself or a member of my party and a $400 minimum damage charge if significant damage is caused by me or a member of my party inside or outside of the vehicle.
If you and or your party are intoxicated or inebriated, the driver and/or specified vineyards selected do reserve the right to turn you away and/or take your entire party back to original pick up. No other alternative location/vineyard will be provided by LI Vineyard Tours® unless otherwise discussed prior to this contractual &/or a verbal agreement.
I will be held liable for any damage caused to myself/by myself or anyone in my group, both inside &/or outside of the contracted vehicle while inebriated, irrational or accidentally. This includes any damage to the chosen vehicle on this contract. Limo, sprinter, shuttle, party bus &/or coach bus may not be able to be reserved beyond reserved time depending on scheduling.
The Parties irrevocably agree that any and all actions or proceedings in any way, manner or respect, arising out of or related to this agreement shall be litigated only in courts having situs in Nassau County & Suffolk County, New York, which shall be the sole and exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties.

By signing below and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions/Authorization Form, signer agrees to pay for all money due to Fire Island Limo, Metro Limousine Service aka LI Vineyard Tours® and allow for any &/or all additional charges to be put on my/the credit card on file.
